These Terms of Service govern use of Gagyo, a church messenger for conversations, prayer cards, pastoral journals, church registration, images, and related community features.
By creating an account or using Gagyo, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Gagyo on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Gagyo is intended for users who meet applicable age requirements, including at least 13 in the United States and at least 14 in Korea.
Gagyo includes significant account-based features, including church membership, prayer cards, messages, images, and pastoral journals. Users must provide accurate information when registering.
A church or ministry organization registered in Gagyo is treated as a tenant. Tenant administrators are responsible for inviting the right members, maintaining church details, assigning roles, and helping respond to community issues inside their church context.
Gagyo is designed to keep churches isolated from each other. Users may only access churches, small groups, ministries, and pastoral records where they have the appropriate active membership and role.
Gagyo allows user-generated content such as messages, image uploads, prayer cards, prayer diary entries, pastoral journals, and pastoral journal comments. You retain responsibility for content you submit.
You grant Gagyo the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, deliver, and transmit your content for the service and the church recipients you choose.
You may not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, pornographic, defamatory, invasive, spam, or otherwise objectionable content. You may not impersonate others, interfere with the service, or use Gagyo to harm church members or leaders.
Users can report objectionable content through jiminsong@gagyo.org. Churches and Gagyo may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts when necessary. Users should block abusive users when an in-app blocking control is available and should contact support for urgent moderation help.
Prayer Cards and Pastoral Journal features are for faith community support and church care coordination. Gagyo is not an emergency, medical, legal, counseling, or crisis response service.
Account deletion can be initiated in the mobile app from Settings. Gagyo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, security, legal, or operational risk.
Content associated with an account may be deleted or de-identified as described in the Privacy Policy, except where retention is legally required or needed for security, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
If you downloaded Gagyo from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard end user license terms may also apply. Apple is not responsible for Gagyo's service, support, privacy practices, or user-generated content.
