Contact Gagyo for app issues, church registration, moderation, account deletion questions, privacy requests, and feature feedback.
Include the device type, app version, church name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords or secret tokens.
To register a church in the app, create an account, search for your church, and choose the create church flow if it is not listed.
For setup help, email jiminsong@gagyo.org with church name, city, primary admin name, and whether you need small group or ministry setup guidance.
Report content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, spam, privacy-invasive, or otherwise objectionable.
Moderation requests are reviewed for safety, church context, and Terms of Service compliance.
Signed-in users can initiate account deletion from the Gagyo app in Settings. This flow is designed to delete the account and associated personal data that Gagyo is not legally required to keep.
If you cannot access the app, email jiminsong@gagyo.org from the email address connected to the account and request account deletion help.
